Supplements: should you test first or just start?

Many people choose supplements because of a recommendation, an advertisement or general advice. But when something relevant can be measured, it can be useful to understand your own starting point first.

General advice is not the same as personal data

Food and lifestyle remain the foundation. A test does not replace them. A targeted at-home test can, however, add information about specific markers that you cannot see from the outside.

Measurement does not make the decision for you

A result does not automatically tell you what you must do. It gives you a starting point. From there you can consider which nutrition or supplement choices may be relevant and whether you want to act on them.

Context matters

Inside GoBeyond I do not leave you alone with a report. We discuss the result and stay within the boundaries of what the test actually measures. For medical symptoms or concerns, a qualified healthcare professional is the right route.

Then compare later

If you change something, retesting can give you a before-and-after comparison within the same measured markers. That is the core of the approach: measure, understand, choose and reassess later.
